Our popular Empowering Birth Class (former Lamaze Class) & Prenatal Yoga are held in our beautiful studio at Östermalm. Empowering Birth Class is also available as an interactive Webinar that you can take part of in the safety of your own home.

In our studio at Östermalm you can also attend Infant CPR & First Aid Class with skilled Midwife Åsa Holstein. Here you will learn life saving skills, so you know how to act if called upon!

The rest of our birth preparing classes are interactive webinars led by skilled midwives / pediatric nurses.
