We are super excited to introduce our popular Empowering Birth Class as an interactive live online course led by a skilled midwife.

Our experienced midwife will help you prepare for birth and provide tools that will enhance the chance for a positive experience. She will answerer any questions along the way so that you by the end will feel like you have a gained knowledge. It all comes down to trusting the body and the process.

The class will be a mixture of lecture and breathing/relaxation practice. You will get an email two days before with all the information you need to best enjoy class.

We will focus on;
-Mental preparation
-Breathing
-Relaxation
-The important role of the partner.

Class is recommended from week 25.

You can write your questions as a private message to the midwife conducting the class. The midwife will read all questions out load (without the names) and then answer orally.

A Zoom link will be sent out (to the email you enrolled with) 24 hours prior to class and a reminder 1 hour before.

The Webinar Empowering Birth Class is held during 2 hours at 17.30-19.30. There is a short break in the middle of class.
